Here are 7 Ways You Can Use To Stop Doubting Yourself

1. Know that you are not alone.

It may seem like we are all alone when we are full of doubt about ourselves and our abilities. We look at other people and it looks like everyone else has it all figured out. Look at them, enjoying success after success. It looks so effortless for everyone else, but not for us. Why are we the only one’s struggling? We ask ourselves: Why can’t I seem to make any good decisions in my life? Am I the only one who seems to be screwing up all the time?
I’m sure that everyone can relate to these moments of self-doubt.
And, that’s the important part to remember – that these feelings are all fallacies. No one has everything figured out. We all make mistakes and make poor decisions at various times in our lives. I don’t care who you are or what you’ve done in your life – every human being has moments of doubts and feelings of insecurity. Just knowing that everyone else is scared some of the time and doesn’t know what to do can make you feel better about your own fears.
Unless you can see into the future (you can’t, can you? if so, let me know tonight’s lottery numbers and I’ll split the winnings with you!), you’re just like everyone else. We’re all just trying our best to make the most of our lives. Some days are better than others and some days are worse. Sometimes we feel confident and ready to conquer the world and sometimes we don’t feel like getting out of bed in the morning. Don’t worry if you don’t have any big audacious accomplishments listed. Are you proud that you finished your high-school education? Add that to your list. Did you accomplish everything at work this week? Then add that to the list. Remember, that this is personal list that no one else has to see.
Re-read the list when you think that you’ll never get past your feelings of self-doubt. If you did something to be proud of in the past, know that you can do it again in the future. This will boost your confidence and your belief that if you are somebody to be proud of.

3. Let go of your expectations.

A lot of self-doubt comes from our expectations of ourselves and of others. If you are expecting everything in your life to go smoothly and not to make any mistakes, well then you’ll be in for a very rude awakening. You are not infallible and you will screw up at times. Accept it.
When things go differently than what you expected, it can cause you to doubt yourself. For instance, you asked out that girl and and you expected her to say ‘Yes!’, but instead she said ‘No way’. You thought you nailed the interview and got the job but they haven’t called you back. You submitted what you thought was a killer guest-post that would send thousands of readers your way and instead it got rejected or you never even got a response.
Examine your expectations in these situations and see if there are other possible explanations for each outcome. Maybe it’s not you – the girl already has a boyfriend, the HR person is on vacation for two weeks and hasn’t called any candidates back, or your guest-post was on a similar topic as one they posted last week.
When we let go of our expectations, we allow things to happen naturally. You’re separating your feelings of expectations (and possible disappointment) from the actual situation. Let go of your expectation and accept things as they come. Maybe things will turn out to be better than what you expected.
You can hope for the best but also know that the world doesn’t revolve around you. Don’t take things personally.

4. Surround yourself with people you love and who love you.

Human beings are social creatures. We all crave acceptance, especially by people we love. Ensure that you are around people who unconditionally love you and with whom you love. There’s nothing like being with people who accept you for who you are to build up your confidence.
Talk to people who have your best interests at heart. Use them as sounding boards for when you are experiencing self-doubt. Let them know that you are scared.
Of course, you have to be wary of pessimistic people in your life. If they bring you down and worsen your self-doubt, spend time with those who love you and provide you with positive re-enforcement.
No one wants to be with people who make you feel worse about yourself. So, limit your time with those negative people and spend time with people who love you for who you are, warts and all.

5. Just Do It.

Sometimes you just have to scream louder than that little voice in our heads that are saying that we can’t do something or are not good enough. Tell that little voice to STFU and then just do what you would do if you didn’t have any self-doubt and were overflowing with confidence.
Don’t over-think things.
Just Do It. Use this as your mantra every time you are paralyzed with self-doubt. It will get you unstuck and build momentum to keep you moving forward in life. Do your best in each situation, but remember to Just Do It. It doesn’t have to be perfect. No one is perfect all of the time.
Get on with life. Stop letting your feelings of self-doubt keep you from enjoying everything that life has to offer.

6. Ask great questions.

Start asking yourself some great questions, such as:
What’s the worst that could happen? If the worst case scenario happened, could I handle it? How likely is the worst-case scenario to happen? Is it a realistic outcome?
Is this problem that I’m experiencing all encompassing or is it in one area in my life?
Are there any areas that I feel super-confident in? Can I use some of that feeling in other parts of my life where I’m feeling some self-doubt?
What’s the best possible outcome of this situation and how can I make sure that this happens?
What do I need to do to solve this issue?
Just by using the logical part of our mind, we can activate our reasoning power. This is another great way that we can get unstuck and start moving past our self-doubts.

7. Ask for help.

There’s no shame in asking for help. It’s a sign of strength to know that you need help and you reach out for it. Ask other people for help when you are feeling too much pressure and are feeling overwhelmed by your self-doubt.
If self-doubt has been an all-encompassing issue in your life for many years, then gather your courage and seek professional help. It’s normal to have doubts about yourself and your abilities, but if it’s affecting everything in your life, then you need to talk to someone who has the experience and the tools to help you.
Know that getting help doesn’t have to be forever, either. Just a few sessions with a trained therapist can work wonders. Then you can move past yours self-doubts and get on with your life.

The number pair 11:11 has long been considered a divine number. An numerological interpretation of its essence is building a spiritual foundation for the future.

What will happen?

Not much. It will be just another day, except for the expectations and disappointments of those who believed otherwise.

Brazil, Cashew, Almonds, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds. Whatever you fancy. Chew well or grind the nuts dry and sprinkle on the Rainbow salad or put ground nuts in a blender, add just a little water and make it into nut cream.
On such a regime — if you have not cheated in between — at the end of that month you will feel cleaner, fitter, a little slimmer and more energetic with the added bonus of some of your symptoms disappearing. No cooked food should be eaten. Full activity can be resumed on this raw diet. This regime has worked on thousands of cases.

बाल गणपति :
ये चतुर्भुज गणपति हैं। इनके चारों हाथों में केला, आम, कटहल, ईख तथा सूँड में मोदक होता है। यह गणपति प्रतिमा अरुण वर्णीय लाल आभायुक्त होती हैं। नि:संतान दंपति इनकी आराधना से संतान सुख प्राप्त करते हैं, ऐसी शास्त्रीय मान्यता हैं।

तरूण गणपति :
यह गणपति की अष्टभूजी प्रतिमा हैं। उनके हाथों में पाश, अंकुश, कपित्थ फल, जामुन, टूटा हुआ हाथी दाँत, धान की बाली तथा ईख आदि होते हैं। इनकी भी हल्की लाल आभा होती हैं। युवक-युवतियाँ अपने शीघ्र विवाह की कामना के लिए इनकी आराधना करते हैं।

ऊर्ध्व गणपति :
इस गणपति विग्रह की आठ भुजाएँ हैं। देह का वर्ण स्वर्णिम हैं। हाथों में नीलोत्पल, कुसुम, धान की बाली, कमल, ईख, धनुष, बाण, हाथी दांत और गदायुध हैं। इनके दाहिनी ओर हरे रंग से सुशोभित देवी भी हैं। जो भी व्यक्ति त्रिकाल संध्याओं में इन गणपति विग्रहों में से किसी की भी भक्तिपूर्वक उपासना करता है, वह अपने शुभ प्रयत्नों में सर्वदा विजयी रहता है।

भक्त गणपति :
गणपति की इस प्रतिमा के चार हाथ हैं, जिनमें नारियल, आम, केला व खीर के कलश सुशोभित होते हैं। इस गणपति प्रतिमा का वर्ण पतझड़ की पूर्णिमा के समान उज्ज्वल श्वेत होता है। इष्ट प्राप्ति की कामना से इनकी आराधना की जाती है।

वीर गणपति :
यह प्रतिमा सोलह भुजाओं वाली होती हैं। इनकी छवि क्रोधमय तथा भयावनी हैं। शत्रुनाश एवं संरक्षण के उद्देश्य से की गई इनकी आराधना तत्काल लाभ पहुँचाती है।

शक्ति गणपति :
इस प्रतिमा की बाँई ओर सुललित ऋषि देवी विराजमान होती है, जिनकी देह का रंग हरा हैं। संध्याकाल की अरूणिमा के समान धूमिल वर्ण वाले इन गणपति के दो ही भुजाएँ हैं। सुख, समृद्धि, भरपूर कृषि व अन्य शांति कार्यों के लिए इनका पूजन अत्यंत शुभ माना जाता है।

हेरंब विघ्नेश्वर :
बारह भुजाओं से युक्त हेरंब गणपति की प्रतिमा का दाहिना हाथ अभय मुद्रा व बायां हाथ वरद मुदा्र प्रदर्शित करता है। सिंह पर सवार हेरंब गणपति के पाँच मुख हैं। इनके देह का वर्ण श्वेत है। संकटमोचन तथा विघ्ननाश के लिए अत्यंत प्रसिद्ध हैं।

लक्ष्मी गणपति :
गणपति की इस प्रतिमा के दोनों पार्श्वों में रिद्धि-सिद्धि नामक दो देवियां विराजमान होती हैं। इनके आठ हाथों में तोता, अनार, कमल, मणिजड़ित कलश, पाश, अंकुश, कल्पलता और खड्ग शोभित हैं। देवियों के हाथों में नील कुमुद होते हैं। सुख, समृद्धि की कामना पूर्ण करने के लिए लक्ष्मी गणपति अति प्रसिद्ध हैं।

महागणपति :
द्वादश बाहु वाले महागणपति अत्यंत सुंदर, गजबदन, भाल पर चंद्र कलाधारी, तेजस्वी, तीन नेत्रों से युक्त तथा कमल पुष्प हाथ में लिए क्रीड़ा करती देवी को गोद में उठाए अत्यंत प्रसन्न मुद्रा में अधिष्ठित हैं। इनकी देह का वर्ण सुहावनी लालिमा से युक्त हैं। अन्न-धन, सुख-विलास व कीर्ति प्रदान करने वाला महागणपति का यह स्वरूप भक्तों की कामना पूर्ति के लिए प्रसिद्ध हैं।

विजय गणपति :
अरुण वर्णी सूर्य कांति से युक्त तथा चार भुजाओं वाले विजय गणपति की यह प्रतिमा अपने हाथों में पाश, अंकुश, हाथी दांत तथा आम फल लिए हुए हैं। मूषक पर आरूढ़ यह विजय गणपति प्रतिमा कल्पवृक्ष के नीचे विराजमान हैं। अपने किसी भी मंगल प्रयास में विजय की कामना से विजय गणपति की आराधना की जाती हैं।

विघ्नराज या भुवनेश गणपति :
स्वर्णिम शरीर व बारह भुजाओं से युक्त यह गणपति प्रतिमा अपने हाथों में क्रमश: शंख, पुष्प, ईख, धनुष, बाण, कुल्हाड़ी, पाश, अंकुश, चक्र, हाथी दाँत, धान की बाली तथा फूलों की लड़ी लिए रहती हैं। इनका पूजन किसी भी शुभ कार्य के प्रारंभ में करना अत्यंत लाभदायक होता है।

2nd Step (Antar Khumbhak) : 5 min

- Take a deep and long breath and hold it inside for something till you can do it comfortably.

- And while holding breath inside, watch your thoughtless being in the inner sky.

3rd Step (Bahir Kumbhak) : 5 min

- Breath out slowly and deeply and hold your breath outside till you are comfortable.

- While holding your breath outside, watch your breath thoughtless being in the inner sky.

4th Step (Anapaansati Yog) : 5 min

- Keep both your hands on the novel center. Feel the stomach contracting and relaxing along with your breathing.

- Let the breathing be little deeper than normal.

5th Step (Sakshibhav-witnessing) : 6 min

- Look into the inner sky and be aware of your breathing.

गुरु पूर्णिमा

आषाढ़ मास की पूर्णिमा को गुरू पूर्णिमा कहते हैं। इस दिन गुरु पूजा का विधान है। गुरू पूर्णिमा वर्षा ऋतु के आरंभ में आती है। ये चार महीने मौसम की दृष्टि से सर्वश्रेष्ठ होते हैं। न अधिक गर्मी और न अधिक सर्दी। इसलिए अध्ययन के लिए उपयुक्त माने गए हैं। जैसे सूर्य के ताप से तप्त भूमि को वर्षा से शीतलता एवं फसल पैदा करने की शक्ति मिलती है, ऐसे ही गुरुचरण में उपस्थित साधकों को ज्ञान, शांति, भक्ति और योग शक्ति प्राप्त करने की शक्ति मिलती है। [१]

यह दिन महाभारत के रचयिता कृष्ण द्वैपायन व्यास का जन्मदिन भी है। वे संस्कृत के प्रकांड विद्वान थे और उन्होंने चारों वेदों की भी रचना की थी। इस कारण उनका एक नाम वेद व्यास भी है। उन्हें आदिगुरु कहा जाता है और उनके सम्मान में गुरु पूर्णिमा को व्यास पूर्णिमा नाम से भी जाना जाता है। भक्तिकाल के संत घीसादास का भी जन्म इसी दिन हुआ था वे कबीरदास के शिष्य थे।[२]

शास्त्रों में गु का अर्थ बताया गया है- अंधकार या मूल अज्ञान और रु का का अर्थ किया गया है- उसका निरोधक। गुरु को गुरु इसलिए कहा जाता है कि वह अज्ञान तिमिर का ज्ञानांजन-शलाका से निवारण कर देता है। [३]अर्थात अंधकार को हटाकर प्रकाश की ओर ले जाने वाले को 'गुरु' कहा जाता है। गुरु तथा देवता में समानता के लिए एक श्लोक में कहा गया है कि जैसी भक्ति की आवश्यकता देवता के लिए है वैसी ही गुरु के लिए भी। [क] बल्कि सद्गुरु की कृपा से ईश्वर का साक्षात्कार भी संभव है। गुरु की कृपा के अभाव में कुछ भी संभव नहीं है। [ख]

भारत भर में गुरू पूर्णिमा का पर्व बड़ी श्रद्धा व धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है। प्राचीन काल में जब विद्यार्थी गुरु के आश्रम में निःशुल्क शिक्षा ग्रहण करता था तो इसी दिन श्रद्धा भाव से प्रेरित होकर अपने गुरु का पूजन करके उन्हें अपनी शक्ति सामर्थ्यानुसार दक्षिणा देकर कृतकृत्य होता था। आज भी इसका महत्व कम नहीं हुआ है। पारंपरिक रूप से शिक्षा देने वाले विद्यालयों में, संगीत और कला के विद्यार्थियों में आज भी यह दिन गुरू को सम्मानित करने का होता है। मंदिरों में पूजा होती है, पवित्र नदियों में स्नान होते हैं, जगह जगह भंडारे होते हैं और मेले लगते हैं।

History
Franz Mesmer was the first person to tackle the study of animal magnetism and how people could be affected by certain movements or words. The true study of hypnosis, as well as the name itself, did not come around until the 19th century, when physician James Braid coined it. Braid was highly criticized by the church for his view but highly influential in the work of other physicians, specially French physician Etienne Eugene Azam, who played a significant role in the study and acceptance of alternating personalities disorder.
Types
There are different theories that try to explain hypnosis, some of which look at its inner workings while others try to find alternate explanations to dismiss its existence. A clear example is dissociation of consciousness, established by Pierre Janet, which purports that hypnosis clears the mind to the point where reflexive behavior takes over. In this theory, it is not the power of the hypnotist that takes over, but the participant's own autonomic personality. The most modern and widely accepted explanation of how hypnosis works is the theory of hyper-sensibility, which establishes that once attention is focused on a particular person or words, without censorship or conscious resistance, the suggestion can have a powerful effect on the waken mind and result in a state of perceived surrender.
Benefits
Hypnosis is widely used in modern times to treat a variety of issues. One of the better known is smoking cessation, which is achieved with the help of a professional or, more commonly, through autosuggestion (self-hypnosis). The same method is used to lose weight, give up other harmful habits or even battle insomnia and stress. Hypnosis is also widely used to reduce pain and anxiety in clinical settings, including before surgery, during childbirth and in patients with chronic illnesses.

यह तो सर्वविदित है कि मानवी सृ्ष्टि पंचभौतिक है और पंचभूतों (जल,अग्नि,वायु,पृ्थ्वी,आकाश) के गुण तथा प्रभाव से ही यह सर्वदा प्रभावित होती है। इन्ही पंचतत्वों का अन्तर्जाल कहीं पर सूक्ष्म तो कहीं पर स्थूल रूप से प्रकट एवं अप्रकट स्वरूप में विद्यमान रहता है। इनकी विशेषता यह भी है कि परस्पर सजातीय आकर्षण के साथ ही विजातीय सश्लेषण में विशिष्ट गुणों की उत्पत्ति भी देखी जाती है।
ग्रह,नक्षत्र,तारे,वनस्पतियाँ,नदी,पर्वत,समस्त जीव जन्तु इत्यादि इन्ही पंचभूतों से निर्मित हुए हैं। वैदिक ज्योतिष की बात की जाए तो इसके आधार में "यथा पिंण्डे तथा ब्राह्मंडे" का यही एक सूत्र काम करता है। इसी आधार पर ग्रहों एवं नक्षत्रों से पृ्थ्वी पर उपस्थित प्राणियों के साथ आन्तरिक संबंध निरूपित होते हैं। अन्य पिण्डों के सापेक्ष सौरमंडल के पिण्डों का आपस में इतने निकट का सम्बंध है , जिस प्रकार से की एक मोहल्ले में बने हुए घरों का परस्पर सम्बंध एवं प्रभाव होता है।
इन ग्रह पिण्डों का पृ्थ्वी पर विद्यमान समस्त जड चेतन पदार्थों पर होने वाले प्रभावों का अध्ययन तो हमारे ऋषि-मुनियों द्वारा युगों पहले ही ज्ञात कर लिया गया था। केवलमात्र स्थूल प्रभाव ही नहीं अपितु उनके सूक्ष्मतम प्रभाव के सम्यक विवेचन का नाम ही वैदिक ज्योतिष है।
अन्य जीवों की अपेक्षा मानवी मस्तिष्क की जटिलता तो सर्वविदित ही है।
ह्रदय की स्पन्दनशीलता(धडकनों) में विकृ्ति आने पर जिस ह्रदय रोग(heart attack) का आधुनिक तकनीक से निदान एवं इलाज किया जाता है, उसको सूर्य ग्रह के साथ संयुक्त कर मनुष्य के सूक्ष्म अवयव पर पडने वाले सूर्य के प्रभाव को स्वीकार किया गया है।
सूर्य अग्नि तत्व का उत्पादक होने के कारण ह्रदय की उष्मा तथा उर्जा प्रदान करने वाला महत्वपूर्ण ग्रह है। अब तक मेरा अनुभव यह है कि ग्रीष्म ऋतु में अग्नि तत्व की वृ्द्धि होने के कारण सबसे ज्यादा हार्ट अटैक भी इसी मौसम में होते हैं। यहाँ पश्चिम भक्तों को मेरा ये चैलेन्ज है कि इस कथन को गलत सिद्ध कर के दिखा दें तो भविष्य में इसी ब्लाग पर मेरा प्रत्येक लेख आपको ज्योतिष के विरोध में ही लिखा मिलेगा। सूर्य को जगत की आत्मा कहने के पीछे भी यही रहस्य छिपा हुआ है।
चन्द्रमा मन का कारक ग्रह है, जो "चन्द्रमा मनसा जातो" इस वाक्य से सुप्रमाणित है। चन्द्रमा अपनी कलाओं के माध्यम से ही हमारे मन को संचालित करता है। पूर्णिमा को जब पूर्ण चन्द्रोदय होता है, उस समय समुद्र में ज्वार भाटा उत्पन होता है और मनुष्यों में मानसिक रोगों का आवेग भी सर्वाधिक रूप में इसी तिथि को दिखाई देता है। इसीलिए हमारे पूर्वज ऋषि मुनियों द्वारा पूर्णिमा के दिन व्रत, तीर्थ-स्नान, पूजन एवं जप इत्यादि का विधान बनाया गया है, जिससे कि मनुष्य का मानसिक संतुलन बना रहता है।
सूर्य और चन्द्रमा के अतिरिक्त अन्य ग्रहों के पंचतत्वात्मक प्रतिनिधित्व को इस प्रकार निरूपित किया गया है।

कटुता, दुगरुणों, दुष्कर्मो और बुरे अनुभवों से स्वयं को मुक्त कर मधुरता, सद्गुणों, अच्छे कर्मो और प्रेम के भाव को अपनाकर स्वयं को जीतने के संदेश के साथ चैत्र मास की शुक्ल प्रतिपदा का दिन गुड़ी पड़वा के रुप में देश के कई भागों में मनाया जाता है। विशेष रुप से महाराष्ट्र में यह त्यौहार बड़े उत्साह से मनाया जाता है। वर्ष के शुभ मुहूर्तो में गुड़ी पड़वा का दिन बहुत महत्व का है।

गुड़ी का अर्थ होता है विजय पताका। इस संबंध में ऐसी मान्यता है कि इस दिन भगवान श्रीराम ने वाली को मारा था। वाली के त्रास से मुक्त हुई प्रजा ने घर-घर में उत्सव मनाकर पताका (ग़ुड़ियां) फहराई। अत: उनके विजय के उपलक्ष्य में गुड़ी लगाने की परंपरा बनी। आज भी घर के आंगन में ग़ुड़ी खड़ी करने की प्रथा महाराष्ट्र में प्रचलित है। इसीलिए इस दिन को गुड़ीपडवा नाम दिया गया। इस प्रकार यह पर्व दुष्प्रवृत्तियों, भौतिक सुखों और भोग पर संयम और योग की विजय का पर्व है।

एक अन्य कथा के अनुसार शालिवाहन नामक एक कुम्हार के लड़के ने मिट्टी के सैनिकों की सेना बनाई और उस पर पानी छिड़ककर उनमें जान डालकर इस सेना की मदद से शक्तिशाली शत्रुओं को पराजित किया। इस विजय के प्रतीक के रूप में शालिवाहन शक संवत का प्रारंभ हुआ। इस कथा में मिट्टी के सैनिकों में प्राण डालने के रुप में प्रतीकात्मक संदेश है कि उस समय मानसिक जड़ता और शारीरिक रुप से कर्महीनता के कारण शत्रुओं के आक्रमण से भयभीत लोगों में विश्वास और उनकी आत्म शक्ति को जगाना, जो आज के समाज के लिए भी एक प्रेरणा है।

मुझे ऐसा लगता है की हर इन्सान के जीवन में कभी न कभी ऐसी स्थिति

2nd Step (Antar Khumbhak) : 5 min- Take a deep and long breath and hold it inside for something till you can do it comfortably.- And while holding breath inside, watch your thoughtless being in the inner sky.

3rd Step (Bahir Kumbhak) : 5 min- Breath out slowly and deeply and hold your breath outside till you are comfortable.- While holding your breath outside, watch your breath thoughtless being in the inner sky.

4th Step (Anapaansati Yog) : 5 min- Keep both your hands on the novel center. Feel the stomach contracting and relaxing along with your breathing.- Let the breathing be little deeper than normal.

आपके अवचेतन मन को प्यार की जरुरत

अवचेतन मन को प्यार की बहुत जरुरत होती है। प्यार न मिलने पर अपना अवचेतन मन पुरी तरह से काम नही कर पाता । सुख शान्ति अवचेतन मन में मिटटी की तरह होती है ।
बीज हमारी सोच है ,और प्यार ,पानी और सूरज के प्रकाश की तरह काम करता है। मतलब अगर आपकी सोच है की आपको जिन्दगी में कुछ बड़ा करना है तो ये आपके अवचेतन मन का बीज हुआ , लेकिन ये बीज तभी अंकुरित हो सकता है जब आपकी मिटटी अच्छी हो और उसमे रोज़ पानी दिया जाए साथ में सूरज की रौशनी भी उसपे पड़े।
हमारे अधिकतर लोगो के साथ येही होता है की हम अवचेतन मन में बीज डाल कर छोड़ देते है , न उसमे मिटटी की जरुरत देखते है और न पानी की , क्योकि वो तो हम दूसरो के भरोसे छोड़ देते है। हम सोचते है की दूसरा ही अच्छी मिटटी डालेगा और दूसरा ही पानी डालने के लिए आएगा । इसलिए हम अपने बीज को अंकुरित होते नही देख पाते है। पौधा न उगने पर हम दूसरो को दोष देना शुरू कर देते है और आलोचना शुरू हो जाती है और येही दोष और आलोचना के शब्द ब्रम्हांड में एक कम्पन उत्पन्न करता है और आपको वोही प्राप्त होता है जो की आपने इस ब्रम्हांड को दिया है।

पैदा होने के बाद से ही हमपे नकारात्मक बातो की बारिश होने लगती है। और चूँकि हम नही जानते है की उसका विरोध कैसे किया जाए इसलिए अवचेतन मन उस बात को ग्रहण कर लेता है और उसको हमारे अनुभव में बदल देता है।
कुछ उदहारण :-
# तुम कुछ नही कर सकते॥
#तुम कभी कुछ नही बन पाओगे
#तुम्हे ऐसा नही करना चाहिए
# तुम असफल हो जाओगे
#तुम बिल्कुल ग़लत हो
#इससे कोई फायदा नही होगा
#तुम कुछ नही जानते
#ज्यादा कोशिश से फायदा नही है ..छोड़ दो
#ये बहुत ख़राब चीज है
#किसी पे भरोसा मत करना
#तुम्हारी उम्र ज्यादा हो गई है
#बीमारी हो सकती है .,सावधान रहना।
और क्योकि बचपन में आप विरोध नही कर सकते ....अवचेतन मन इसे लेकर एक तरंग बना देता है और ये तरंग ब्रम्हांड में आपके चारो ओर घेरता है और आपको वो ही प्राप्त होता है जो आपने ब्रम्हांड को दिया है।
